Ingrediants
450g Tamarillo
30g Castor Sugar
1 pkt Strawberry Jelly
300ml Cream
Kirsch
Instructions
Slice tamarillos and cover with castor sugar and Kirsch. Cover and let stand, preferably over night. Make up jelly using 425mL water (or as per instructions on packet).
Let cool. Beat cream add jelly and beat again. Fold in tamarillos and allow to set.
