These are the quickest cookies you will ever make. Oats and banana, how much simpler can you get?
MAKES 12 COOKIES
Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1½ cups fine rolled oats (quick oats)
Method
- Mash the bananas with a fork on a chopping board and put in a bowl. Add the oats and mix well.
- Form into balls approximately 2 tablespoons in size. Place on a baking tray with baking (parchment) paper.
- Press down with a fork to create a cookie shape.
- Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 15 minutes or until they are firm and become golden.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
