These truffles are a super easy to make and are a great gift. You can store them in your fridge for up to a week if they last that long!
Ingredients
- 100g biscuit crumbs (arrowroot, wine biscuits or gingernuts are great). This is about
- 10 biscuits.
- 100g melted milk chocolate drops
- 1/4r cup desiccated coconut
- 50g melted butter
- 2 Tablespoons of Baileys Irish Cream liqueur.
Method
Mix all ingredients together, roll into bite sized balls then chill in the fridge for an hour or two, or even overnight.
When cold, dust with icing sugar or cocoa and coconut.
