Dairy free berry smoothie

Fresh, cleansing berry smoothie perfect for breakfast or for a snack.


  • 1 1/2 cups frozen berries, such as strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, red currants
  • 1 large banana
  • 2 cups freshly-pressed apple juice


Put the ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth and creamy. Serve immediately.
