Cranberry, nut cheese balls

Festive entertaining has never been easier or more delicious! So easy to make and gorgeous too! Perfect for bbq’s Christmas, and New Year’s!
 Serves: 30 cheese balls
Ingredients:
Cheese
  • 450g cream cheese, softened
  • 110g goat cheese
  • 110g cheddar cheese, grated in the smallest grater option
  • ½ cup roughly chopped dried cranberries
  • ½ cup finely chopped pecans or walnuts
  • ¼ cup thinly sliced chives
Coating
  • ½ cup chopped parsley
  • ½ cup finely chopped pecans or walnuts
  • ½ cup chopped dried cranberries
Method:

Combine the cheese ingredients in a large bowl, stirring until combined.

Use a spoon to scoop out small balls using your hands.

Place parsley, nuts, and cranberries into a shallow bowl.

Roll the cheese balls into the coating.

Refrigerate until ready to serve.

If preparing more than 4 hours in advance.

Serve with assorted crackers and apple slices.
