Berry frozen yoghurt cubes

An easy frozen treat that is good for you. You can add toothpicks to the center of each so it can be easily held by little hands or leave the toothpick out and serve with fresh berries and a sprig of mint.

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups Greek-style yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 punnet fresh blueberries

Method:

  1. Stir the yoghurt and honey together then spoon into two 14-hole ice-cube trays. Drop a few blueberries in each hole and add a tooth pick to the centre. Freeze for 4 hours or until frozen.
  2. Serve frozen yo-berry cubes with fresh berries and, if you like, topped with micro mint.

Note: You can also blitz the ingredents together before putting into the ice cube containers so it is all mixed in a delicous. If you use this method, you can also use larger berries such as boysenberries or strawberries.
