You will need:

  • 1 frozen banana, chopped
  • 1 inch ginger, grated
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup coconut milk

Method:

Whizz all ingredients together in a blender with half a cup of ice cubes, until it is creamy and smooth. Serve immediately.
