Not all homeless people are alone in the world. Many of them have families, who for a number of reasons, they have lost touch with. This group is using social media for social good.
Manned by volunteers, they record messages from homeless people to their families and share them strategically to try and reconnect them. They have had great success finding lost fathers, sons, brothers, mothers, daughters and sisters.
Better still, so far a good number of those who have found their families are no longer homeless. It shows that social media, used well, is an amazing tool. You may need tissues to watch the whole clip!
