Do you have neck pain, headaches, pinched nerves or rounded shoulders?
Tight pecs or muscles of the chest leads to forward rounded shoulders (pronation) which is the leading cause of neck pain, pinched nerves, headaches, jaw pain / TMJ, and pain in between the shoulder blades. Women with large breasts have this problem, because of gravity pulling forward on the chest.
Here is a great exercise/stretch you can do at home to help your painful condition.
