1. Promotional period
1.1 The promotional period commences on Wednesday 17th May 2023 at 8:00am (NZST) and ends at 11.59pm (NZST) on Friday 30th June 2023.
2. How to enter:
2.1 To enter the competition eligible entrants must upload a photo or video taken doing balance exercises from the Nymbl App, then submit the entry via Facebook messenger to Grownups. You can also submit your entry via email to comps@grownups.co.nz
2.2 Winners will be drawn on 3rd July 2023.
2.3 Winners will be notified by email or Facebook messenger and asked to confirm their GrownUps membership details, no later than 6th of July 2023.
2.4 To claim a prize, a winner must respond by private Facebook message or by email to admin@grownups within 3 days of the date the notification is sent. Failure to do so will result in the prize being forfeited and another winner randomly selected.
2.5 Prize fulfilment will be organised between the Promoters and each prize winner.
3. Who can participate?
3.1 Entry is open to all New Zealand GrownUps members. Not a member? You can join for free here!
3.2 Entries that do not comply with 3.1 will be deemed invalid.
3.5 These terms and conditions will bind each entrant who gives their consent
4.0 Prizes
4.1 Prizes are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. No exchange will be given.
4.2 The Promoter’s decision (including any decisions as to prize distribution) is final and the Promoters will not enter into correspondence regarding results.
4.3 Prize supplier terms and conditions. For full conditions of prize use, refer to those of the prize supplier.
4.4 To the extent of any inconsistency with these terms and conditions, the terms and conditions of the prize supplier will prevail.
4.5 By participating in the Competition, all entrants agree to participate in and co-operate as required with all reasonable marketing activities relating to the Competition, including but not limited to being interviewed and photographed. Entrants grant the Promoters the right to use their comments, footage, image and name for advertising and publicity purposes in any media, including but not limited to national newspapers, magazines, radio, television and the World Wide Web, in perpetuity without compensation.
4.6 Prize consists of one $250 New World voucher per winner. A total of three will be given out in total.
6. Liability
6.1 The Promoters, in their absolute discretion, reserve the right to cancel or modify the competition and promotion at any stage.

7.2 By entering this promotion an entrant agrees the Promoters may use the personal information collected from them.
7.2.1 To conduct this promotion, including determining and notifying the winners and disclosing that information to the prize suppliers and as required, to regulatory authorities; and
7.2.2 For future marketing purposes in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy
7.3 The Facebook competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook.
