Author Information

Sarah Pound is a nutritionist, Good Food columnist and mother of three who is all about making life easier for busy home cooks. Sarah’s online community has become a go-to source of simple, family-friendly recipes for her many fans all around the world. She is the author of two bestselling cookbooks, Wholesome by Sarah and Family Food.

Sarah lives in Melbourne with her husband and three daughters.
