Two of New Zealand's best loved cooks had an amazing time in India recently and recorded their journey in Hot Pink Spice Saga: An Indian Culinary Travelogue with Recipes. It's a great read.

Throughout our trip, I had carried a large book about New Zealand's landscape, art and culture to leave with them.

"Cute" was the verdict of our 3 granddaughters ( aged 8, 11 and 13) .
