A quick, no-fuss slice to whip up over the school holidays or for afternoon tea. You might like to add a sprinkle of raisins or dried cranberries through the oat mixture (before chilling) or a yoghurt drizzle (mix plain yoghurt with icing sugar).
10min prep | 1hr chilling | Makes 9 pieces
Ingredients
- 1 cup smooth peanut butter
- 3/4 cup honey
- 3 cups rolled oats
Method
- In a small saucepan, combine peanut butter and honey. Cook, gently stirring, over medium-low heat until melted. Remove from heat.
