Ingredient:
- 1 1/2 cups frozen berries, such as strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, red currants
- 1 large banana
- 2 cups freshly-pressed apple juice
Method:
Put the ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth and creamy. Serve immediately.
