About Jeremy Dixon

After a successful career working for Sanitarium Health Food Company for 10 years as a marketer of healthy breakfast cereals, including Weet-Bix, Jeremy Dixon followed his long-held dream of being a chef in his own cafe. His Wyndham Street Revive Café has survived Covid and is an Auckland healthy-eating institution and has found a large and loyal customer base.

Jeremy recently sold his Frooze Balls business (healthy fruit and nut balls sold in supermarkets throughout New Zealand), which has freed up his time to devote to his cafe, cookbooks and cooking demonstrations. Revive Cafe pivoted during covid, so as well as running their Wyndham Street Café, Revive now sells many items such as muesli, reheat meals, nut butter and snacks on their website to everyone in New Zealand.

Jeremy Dixon self publishes and has sold over 200,000 cookbooks that are frequently on the New Zealand bestseller lists. He has a growing fan base of dedicated home cooks who use his cookbooks regularly.
