Never answer any e-mails that you think might be a scam. I had one from someone claiming to be lloyds bank of London once!Offering any one who had more than a certain amount in that bank x amount of money. I asked a person who is in the know about these things what to do and he told me to send lloyds a copy of the email(so that they would be aware of the scam), then delete the e-mail so that it would no longer be on my computer. All of this I did. I used to get phone scams too, not so much now that my number is no longer in the phone book.
