Good news lads! Now you have a reason, with a bit of scientific backup, to meet up with your mates. Research shows that a bit of male bonding helps reduce stress levels and thus improve your over-all health.
It also seems that over 65s have been so busy going into business that they have created a new name for themselves – laterpreneurs. It's never too late to try something new!

Love is a beautiful thing. It lights up our lives. While the following story is bittersweet, it is also a heartwarming story of devotion and the connection of a long and happy marriage.
After 69 years of marriage, Guiseppe and Livia Fortuna died within an hour of eachother, seemly unable to be apart. Their story is beautifully described by their daughter. While she sadly lost both her parents on the same day, she appreciated their devotion and chose to celebrate it.

Obesity is a growning problem and a serious health risk. Being even moderately overweight increases your risk of heart disease, type two diabetes, high blood pressure and stroke. Being excessively overweight multiplies these risks and creates extra wear and tear on your joints.
