Do you need a bucket list

Intuition is "knowing" something without being able to explain how you came to that conclusion rationally. It's that mysterious "gut feeling" or "instinct" that often turns out to be right, in retrospect.

In the last two weeks we have seen on our television screens many people succeed at the London Olympics and we have a better appreciation of how they have achieved their successes, medal winners or not.

Sometimes we come across an idea or read a book that brings together some of the thoughts we may have been thinking about for some time. I recently had such an experience when I read "Just Listen" by Mark Goulston.
