Real fruit berry smoothie bowl

Summer calls for ice cream and in particular real fruit ice cream.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1 frozen ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup orange juice (optional, add if you would like it to be a drinkable smoothie)
  • 1 teaspoon honey (optional)

Toppings

  • fresh fruit
  • nuts
  • muesli
  • chia seeds

Method:

Combine all ingredients together in a blender and puree until smooth.
