Summer calls for ice cream and in particular real fruit ice cream.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1 frozen ripe banana
- 1/2 cup greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup orange juice (optional, add if you would like it to be a drinkable smoothie)
- 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
Toppings
- fresh fruit
- nuts
- muesli
- chia seeds
Method:
Combine all ingredients together in a blender and puree until smooth.
