If you are a fan of key lime pie, you’ll love these bliss balls and they are ridiculously easy to make.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup almond meal (ground almonds)
- 5 medjool dates, pitted
- 1-2 tablespoons lime juice and zest from 1 lime
- 1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste
- 1/2 cup desiccated coconut (for rolling)
Method:
Blend all ingredients together in a food processor with enough lime juice and vanilla bean paste to form a ball when it is processing. Take small pieces and roll into balls. Roll in the desiccated coconut.
