A fresh way to serve the traditional greek salad
Ingredients:
- 24 cucumber, halves
- 24 cherry tomatoes
- 24 olives, black pitted whole
- 1 block feta chopped into 24 cubes
Dressing:
- 1/2 lemon
- 1 tsp oregano, fresh
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 salt and fresh ground black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 12 (6-inch) wood skewers
Method:
Add two of each of the first 4 ingredients alternatively to a soaked skewer.
Place on a serving platter.
In a small bowl add the dressing ingredients together and give a quick whisk.
Drizzle the dressing over the skewers and enjoy.
