Greek salad skewers

A fresh way to serve the traditional greek salad

Ingredients:

  • 24 cucumber, halves
  • 24 cherry tomatoes
  • 24 olives, black pitted whole
  • 1 block feta chopped into 24 cubes

Dressing:

  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1 tsp oregano, fresh
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 salt and fresh ground black pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 12 (6-inch) wood skewers

Method:

Add two of each of the first 4 ingredients alternatively to a soaked skewer.

Place on a serving platter.

In a small bowl add the dressing ingredients together and give a quick whisk.

Drizzle the dressing over the skewers and enjoy.
