A great vegetarian option for summer BBQs.
Ingredients:
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 220g mushrooms
- 1/2 tsp thyme
Dressing
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- salt and pepper
- Soaked skewers
Method:
Depending on the size of the mushrooms half or slice the mushrooms to suit. Place in a bowl and toss with the crushed garlic and thyme.
Place on the skewers.
Combine the ingredients for the dressing and whisk to combine.
Baste the mushrooms with the dressing.
BBq the mushrooms or place under a hot grill until tender, if you have any remaining sauce baste them again just before serving.
