Hushpuppy, a fearless six-year-old girl, lives with her father, Wink, in "the Bathtub", a remote southern bayou community. More often than not, Hushpuppy is left to her own devices on their isolated compound. She perceives the natural world to be a magical place, a fragile web in which the entire universe depends on everything fitting together just right.

Hushpuppy's reality is shattered when her father is struck down by a mystery illness and "the Bathtub" is devastated by a massive hurricane. Hushpuppy must courageously journey to the outside world to find help for her ailing father before it is too late.

More than three years in the making Earthflight is an aerial adventure that will take your breath away. In North America, snow geese and bald eagles struggle from the Gulf of Mexico to Canada. In Europe, grey cranes dodge galloping horses of the Camargue and barnacle geese get lost over London.
