Jetts Advanced Lifestyle membership is designed for those over 65 and helps you enjoy the club at quieter, convenient times in an energising and motivating environment.

Staying physically active and exercising regularly can help produce long term health benefits and improve your overall wellbeing. As we get older it is just as important to stay active, which in turn can help reduce the chance of injury and health problems.

At Jetts we pride ourselves on being an everyday gym for everyday people, providing facilities that fit all lifestyles and abilities. We actively support members to help achieve their health and exercise goals by taking a personal interest in their journey. We do advise anyone considering joining a gym to first consult with their health professional.

We have 1, 2, 3, 6 and 12 month membership options available for you to choose from and this gives you access during off peak times Monday to Thursday 9.30am – 2.30pm and Friday 9.30am – 12.30pm.
