About The Holdovers
THE HOLDOVERS follows a curmudgeonly instructor (Paul Giamatti) at a prestigious American school who is forced to remain on campus during Christmas break to babysit the handful of students with nowhere to go. Eventually he forms an unlikely bond with one of them – a damaged, brainy troublemaker (newcomer Dominic Sessa) and with the school’s head cook, who has just lost a son in Vietnam (Da’Vine Joy Randolph – The Lost City).
They’re all alone in this together. Don’t miss this warm and witty film, the First Runner Up at the TIFF People’s Choice Award 2023, that is irresistibly entertaining.
In cinemas January 11.

Grown Ups Team,
Thanks so much for the movie tickets to One Life. We both really enjoyed the movie. The story was new to me but left me weeping at the end of the movie. (Good weeping that is)
