About SPIT

After 20 years on the run overseas, small-time ex-criminal Johnny Spitieri (Spit) slips back into Australia on a false passport only to find himself locked up in an Immigration Detention Centre with a massive target on his back as old enemies come looking for him, determined to settle old scores. As he struggles to stay one step ahead, the resourceful Spit finds new friends in detention, teaching them his version of mateship, and what it means to be truly Australian.

    2. Competition closes on the 26th February 2025, winners will be notified via email by 27th February 2025.
    3. The movie tickets will be posted to you by the promotors of this movie.
    4. It is your responsibility to ensure you correctly enter a New Zealand postal address where the prize can be sent. GrownUps will not take responsibility for prizes sent to incorrect addresses.
    5. Winners are drawn at random by the GrownUps administration team and will be notified by email.
    6. GrownUps employees and family are not eligible to enter.
    7. By entering the giveaway, you approve for GrownUps to use your name on social media as winner of the competition.
