27th December: Depart Auckland per Cathay Pacific for travel to Hong Kong, Johannesburg and Cape Town with a 12 hour stopover at Hong Kong and the use of day rooms at one of the Airport Hotels.

29th December: Arrive in Cape Town following flights from Hong Kong and Johannesburg. Accommodation will be at the City Lodge Hotel close to the V and A Waterfront.

30th December: Enjoy a relaxing day in fabulous Cape Town with the option of tours to Robbin Island, a Cable Car trip up Table Mountain or relaxing at the V and A Waterfront complex.

31st December: Enjoy an excursion to the majestic Cape Peninsular including a visit to the Cape of Good Hope and the Cape Point Nature Park. Pass through delightful seaside towns alongside the ocean and the imposing mountains. Enjoy a lunch en route at the Great little Brass Bell Pub in Kalk Bay.

1st January: Enjoy a tour of the Winelands featuring visits to a number of the outstanding wineries in the Stellenbosch, Paarl and Franschoek region with a fabulous winery lunch included. Enjoy a wonderful chance to experience a beautiful part of the Cape.

2nd January: Attend 1st Test at Newlands Cricket Ground with morning transfer to your Executive Suite with reserved seating and full hospitality for the day. At conclusion of play transfer per coach back to your accommodation with the evening free to enjoy any one of the great Cape Town restaurants in close proximity to the hotel.

3rd January: Attend the 2nd day of the Test with arrangements as for Day One.

4th January: Attend the 3rd day of the Test with arrangements as for Day One.

5th January: Attend the 4th day of the Test with arrangements as for Day One.

6th January: Attend the 5th day of the Test with arrangements as for Day One.

7th January: Depart Cape Town for the seaside Garden Route township of Knysna (home of the legendary Barry Richards) and accommodation at the Protea Knysna Quays overlooking the lagoon. Evening and following morning free to explore this delightful village.

8th January: Travel late morning to Kariega Game Reserve owned by the family of former South African cricketer, Mark Rushmere and check into accommodation at the Main Lodge. Enjoy the ambience of one of the region’s most spectacular Game Parks. Take the opportunity for a relaxed meal in their outstanding dining room.

9th January: Touring the Park and enjoying the exceptional scenery and animal action with experienced guides. Enjoy an evening meal with local wines as the culmination to a relaxing and interesting day.

10th January: Depart mid-morning for Port Elizabeth and St Georges Oval-a drive of approximately 20 minutes and settle in for 1st day of the 2nd Test Match enjoying an Executive Suite fully hosted for the day. At close of play you will transfer to City Lodge Port Elizabeth situated on the waterfront and handy to restaurants and cafes.

11th January: Attend the 2nd day of the Test with arrangements as for Day One.

12th January: Attend the 3rd day of the Test with arrangements as for Day One.

13th January: Attend the 4th day of the Test with arrangements as for Day One.

14th January: Attend the 5th day of the Test with arrangements as for Day One.

15th January: Depart per South African Airways for Johannesburg where you will transfer to your Cathay Pacific flights back to New Zealand via Hong Kong or for any further touring or on travel you may require.
