If you are trying to keep your waistline under control, there can be too much of a good thing, even if it is healthy.
Use your hands to prepare healthy fresh food, and to measure out the appropriate serving size.
A standard serving may be far less than you think, but will still satisfy you. Remember to eat slowly and concentrate on what you are eating (not the TV!), and drink plenty of water.
Many of us are guilty of over-eating simply for the taste, or from a long held belief that we need more. If you’d like extras, load your plate with leafy greens and other brightly coloured vegetables.
