A simple meatloaf which takes 10 minutes to prep. Put it in the oven and in just over 60 minutes you have a delicious meal. Save some for leftovers as cold meatloaf is the best.
The use of chicken mince is a nice lighter alternative to the usual beef meatloaf.
- ½ c. freshly grated cheese
- ½ c. plain dried breadcrumbs
- 1 large egg
- 3/4 c. tomato/pasta sauce
- 900g chicken mince
Serve hot or cold.
