Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla

- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 cup chocolate chips, divided

Preheat an oven to 180 C.
Melt the butter then stir in the brown sugar in a large bowl.
Next mix in the eggs, vanilla, salt and baking powder until well-combined. Stir in the flour, then 3/4 cup of the chocolate chips.
Spray a 20cm x 20cm baking tin with nonstick cooking spray, then pour in the batter, using a spatula to spread it to all four corners. Scatter the remaining ¼ cup of chocolate chips on the top of the batter.
Bake for 30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted. Let cool to warm before slicing.
