This recipe is just so easy and quick to prepare, but so very tasty.
- 4-6 pieces chicken (You can use thighs or legs)
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 1/3 cup honey
- 2 Cloves of garlic (crushed)
- Salt & pepper to season
Method:
Mix together in a bowl the soy sauce, tomato sauce, honey and garlic. Season with some salt & pepper.
Place the chicken in the slow cooker
Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken
Set slow cooker to low and leave for about 6 hours
Serve with rice and steamed vegetables or mashed potatoes and roasted winter vegetables
