Simple elegance
- 1 rockmelon (800 g)
- 10 slices prosciutto
Optional extras:
- 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze (see note at end of recipe)
- 2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
- Rosemary
- ground black pepper(fresh)
Method:
Slice the rockmelon into thin wedges and serve with the proscuitto.
