Ricotta raspberry pots for one

This dessert is super fast to make and will stop any after dinner sweet treat cravings. It’s so good you could have it for brekky as well.

Ingredients:
  • 3 heaped tablespoons fresh ricotta cheese
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 handful of fresh raspberries
  • small sprinkle dried lavender buds (optional)

Directions:

Mix together the ricotta and coconut oil, and sprinkle with fresh raspberries and lavender buds.
