- 1 cup cold coconut cream
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 tablespoons cacao or cocoa
Method:
Place the ingredients into your processor and blend to combine.
Enjoy.
You can also store it in your freezer and enjoy as ice cream.
Tip: To get a thick and creamy mousse, store a tin of coconut cream in the fridge overnight. Tip your cold can of coconut cream upside down, open the bottom end with a can opener and drain off the coconut water, leaving the solid component to make your mousse.
