Here’s a simple recipe to help you make your own oat milk at home.
Ingredients:
- 1 Cup of Rolled Oats
- 4 Cups of Water (use less if you want thicker creamer milk)
- Pinch of Salt (optional)
- Dash of Vanilla Extract (optional)
- 2 tbsp. cocoa of cacao powder for chocolate milk or quarter of a cup of fresh berries for berry milk (all entirely optional depending what you want)
Method:
- Make sure to mix or blend all ingredients for about 1 minute until the mixture becomes very smooth.
