To make eight calzones, you will need:
1 tub Nutella
1 egg, lightly beaten
For the dough
2 cups self raising plain flour
1 cup natural yoghurt
1 tbsp brown sugar
Pinch salt
1 tsp cinnamon sugar
Method
Using the dough paddle, on your food processor, place the flour, yoghurt and sugar and a pinch of salt and blend for 10 to 20 seconds until dough forms.
Tip the dough out onto a lightly floured bench, and knead gently to form a smooth, very soft pastry. If it seems a little wet, a light dusting of flour will fix it.
Place the dough in a bowl, cover with glad wrap and rest for 30 minutes. Once it has rested, divide into small golf ball sized portions.
Roll the pastry out on a lightly floured work surface into circle shapes.
Place a spoonful of Nutella in the centre of each circle of pastry.
Brush the edges with a little water and fold over to create half moon shapes. Press the edges to seal.
Brush the top with beaten egg, then sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
Transfer to a lightly greased tray and bake in a preheated 220C oven for 15 minutes or until they are golden. Serve with icecream, and remember to let them cool a little as the nutella is extremely hot inside!
