This desert tastes like Summer. It’s super easy but looks like you went to a lot of effort. It can also be placed in smaller glasses if you wish to take it along to large gathering so everyone can try it.
- 1 packet of biscuits (we used ginger nuts)
- 200g cream cheese
- 200g Greek yoghurt
- 4 tbs caster sugar
- a few drops of vanilla essence
- Strawberries
Put the biscuits in a plastic bag and bash with a rolling pin until you have chunky crumbs. Divide half of the mixture between 4 glasses. Quarter the strawberries and add layer over the biscuit crumbs.
Beat the soft cheese, yogurt, sugar and vanilla together until smooth, then spoon half over the strawberries. Repast the process with biscuit crumbs, strawberries and filling then chill until you are ready to serve.
