Chicken Wings in Plum Sauce

Ingredients:
½ Cup Soy Sauce
½ Cup Sweet Cherry
1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
1 teaspoon Chopped Fresh Coriander
½ teaspoon Spice Powder
2 Tablespoons Plum Sauce

Method:
Marinade wings for 2 hours using half the sauce.
Cook for 20 minutes at 200C in oven. Add extra sauce; cook further 20 minutes, brushing sauce over the wings every 5 minutes.
Garnish with sesame seeds.
