A bedtime routine is a fantastic part of a loving family routine. Despite suffering with a severe stammer, devoted dad Lance Lambert ensures his daughter never goes to sleep without a bedtime story.
Lambert, an ex-soldier from Texas, USA, admits that for him it is incredibly difficult to read aloud.
His six-year-old daughter Avery listens lovingly, as her dad perseveres for her, even helping him out when the stutter gets too much for him.
Lance said: “She loves when I read to her and doesn’t care one bit that I stutter.
“It’s a very difficult and frustrating, but I’m her dad and this is what dads do.”
