Are you taking enough fish oil?

Fish oil is great for overall wellbeing, joint, heart and brain health.  But some people don’t take enough to reap its benefits.

Research shows, for inflammatory joint conditions such as Rheumatoid Arthritis, you may need 9 capsules of regular fish oil a day.  That’s do-able for perhaps a few weeks but it soon wears thin, trying to swallow that many capsules every day.

It can work out to be less stressful and less expensive to purchase a quality fish oil concentrate.

Fish oil concentrates concentrate the beneficial oils from fish (Omega-3 fatty acids) so you get the benefits you need taking fewer capsules.

You can buy double and triple concentrates, depending on your health needs.  Essentially, people with greater inflammatory health issues, such as joint concerns, or high blood pressure need more.  People who don’t eat much – or any – fish might also benefit from more.

Two to three fish meals a week are recommended for general wellbeing so if you’re eating less than this, you may need to supplement with fish oil capsules.
